Rather disappointing bed and breakfast property with dated and soulless facilities spread over the floors of this large, characterless property. Offers a lot of space and it is right next to a theatre, but little else positive about this establishment, especially given the quality of its neighbouring accommodations.

Roof terrace is quite sizeable and offers sunbathing opportunities but not one of the prettiest of areas either.

Will suit those not worried about on-site facilities and wanting to spend most of the day and night in the many classy shops of this area or visiting the wealth of walk-able sights and attractions. Public transport is very convenient for the Colosseum area.

Plain cramped breakfast room on the third floor but a far more appealing, covered terrace adjacent with metal tables and chairs for warmer weather and smokers. First-floor lounge with tired looking sofas and chairs and a corner bar. Sparce lobby.

Top-floor roof garden, just used for sunbathing and relaxing in fine weather. A few sunloungers and potted plants are provided in this spacious area.

Area Type: On a cobbled shopping street, next to a theatre, just off Piazza Barberini, in the central historic part of the city and close to Via Veneto and other upmarket shopping streets. The Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna are a short walk away, as is the city's largest park, Villa Borghese. Nearest metro station is 150 yards away. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are on the surrounding streets.
